Walk for Life


There is lots of family fun while helping us at the same time!

Date: Saturday, May 3, 2008

Location:We moved back to our previous location! North Creek Church, 2303 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek

Free BBQ, Praise & Worship Music, Bounce House, Games for the Kids, and Award Prizes for those who raise the most in pledges.  Get sponsors and collect pledges and walk a total of 2 miles. You can walk with us at our Walk for Life, or walk on your own for exercise, or with friends! 

 All money raised will help support all of the services and programs of Options for Women of CA.      Gifts and donations are tax deductible.

Annual Fundraising Banquet/Auction

Date: Friday, Oct. 10, 2008
Location: Hilton Concord - 1970 Diamond Blvd., Concord

Registration and Auction preview begins at 6:00 pm with Dinner at 7:00 pm

Keynote Speaker: Carrie Abbott – The Legacy Institute

As a founder and President of The Legacy Institute, Carrie is the lead educator and go-to expert on philosophy and content for the Legacy Institute. Carrie oversees research and development of theology and curriculum at Legacy, serves as a consultant to other organizations, and teaches nationwide.

With almost 20 years of teaching, Carrie is a tremendously popular national speaker. She is considered by her colleagues as one of the best communicators and leading innovators on the topic of relationships and human sexuality. She has spoken to tens of thousands of people all across the nation, in venues as diverse as: state legislatures, churches, universities, youth events, medical associations, conferences, banquets, broadcast radio & TV and is featured in several video series.
